What is included?

A standard turn from The Orange Crew runs through every part of the unit and every system inside it.

  1. Trash-out, full clean, paint touch-up or full repaint, and minor repairs — the standard turn scope, plus anything specific to the unit's condition flagged during pre-turn inspection.
  2. Inspection of every fixture and finish — kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, mechanical, doors, windows, and life safety equipment — coded against a documented checklist so nothing gets missed.
  3. Final walk-through documentation with photos and a punch list, delivered before the unit is returned to leasing.
