From the property side to The Orange Crew.

Where We Started

We started on the property side. Every gap we hit with outside vendors, the slow responses, the vague invoices, the work that never quite got finished, became a note on how we'd do it if we ever built our own crew.

Building the Crew

So we built it. We brought together Twin Cities maintenance veterans, led by people with 35-plus years in the trades, and set it up around what site teams and owners actually need: clear communication, honest pricing, documented work and people who finish what they start.

The Orange Crew

The neon orange Nikes started as a way to make our crew easy to spot on a property. They turned into a promise. If you see the orange shoes, you know what's coming next.

Where We Are Now

Today, The Orange Crew runs projects, maintenance and work orders for associations, apartment communities and commercial buildings across the Twin Cities, especially older ones that need the most care. We still work the way we always wanted a vendor to work for us. Every project needs a Saturday. We'd like to be yours.
