Saturday Maintenance started inside Saturday Properties, our property management company. Every gap we hit with outside maintenance vendors — slow responses, vague invoices, work that didn't get finished — became a note for how we'd do it differently if we built our own crew.
Building the Crew
We pulled together a team of Twin Cities maintenance veterans — leaders carrying 15 to 25+ years of local experience — and built the operation around what site teams and owners actually need. Clear communication. Honest pricing. Documentation that holds up. People who finish what they start.
The Orange Crew
The neon orange Nike shoes started as a way to make our team easy to spot on a property. They became something more — a visible commitment to a standard. If you see the orange shoes, you know what's coming next.
Where We Are Now
The Orange Crew now serves multifamily and commercial properties across the Twin Cities, with six core service lines and a 5.0 review rating. We still operate the way Saturday Properties always wanted its maintenance partner to operate — the only difference now is we're that partner for owners and managers across the metro, not just our own buildings.
