We scope it, price it, coordinate it, and deliver. Project management services are available across all property types — multifamily, commercial, mixed-use — not just multifamily.

What is included?

Special Projects scope is defined per project, but most engagements include some combination of:

  1. Project scoping and pricing — walking the work, defining the deliverable, and producing a written scope and budget you can approve.
  2. Vendor coordination — sourcing, scheduling, and managing the trades and specialists needed to complete the work, with The Orange Crew as the single point of accountability.
  3. Execution oversight and documentation — daily progress, change order management, and a closeout package that documents what was done.

The Orange Crew runs the project — coordinating vendors, managing schedules, handling on-site oversight, and communicating progress on a cadence that fits the project size.

Closeout

Final walk-through, documentation package, and a project closeout meeting. Photos, invoices, warranties, and any open items handed over before The Orange Crew steps off the project.
